The Team
Join the In Parallel Knowledge team and help shape the future of enterprise strategy execution! Our mission is to transform how organizations model, structure, and leverage strategic knowledge, creating actionable insights that drive alignment and success. By blending cutting-edge AI with advanced knowledge representation, we aim to make strategy execution seamless and impactful.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Data, collaborating closely with AI engineers, product teams, and strategy experts.

This role can be based in Helsinki, Finland, or performed remotely, with occasional travel to collaborate with global teams.

Key Skills

• Familiarity with Knowledge Modeling: Real-life Expertise in RDF, SKOS, SPARQL, SHACL, and OWL.
• Graph Expertise: Knowledge of RDF and labeled property graphs and experience with graph algorithms.
• Strategic Insight: Interest in organizational strategy, decision-making processes, or enterprise software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to abstract and formalize complex concepts.
• Communication: Effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity: Eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in AI and knowledge management.

Your Role

• Work with subject matter experts to translate strategic concepts into structured models.
• Develop ontologies and taxonomies that represent strategic frameworks and processes.
• Support engineers in applying knowledge graphs to real-world scenarios.
• Ensure consistency and usability by defining synonyms, relationships, and conventions.
• Identify opportunities for reusability within the knowledge ecosystem.
• Visualize and communicate knowledge structures to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate knowledge graphs into intelligent tools.
